Semi-automatic filling machines

Our Semi-automatic FiberCell Fillers are ideal for smaller nurseries. The machines are designed for efficient operations with low downtime and minimal peatspill with fine cuttings.

Multi-row fully-automatic filling machines

Multi-row fully-automatic FiberCell filler is the preferred choice for large scale automated nurseries with adequate technical expertise. The production capacity is up to 34 000 cells/hour and the dimensions are 6.1 x 4.2 x 4.7 m (with platform), and 4.0 x 2.2 x 4.7 m (without platform). Our Multi-row fillers are designed, based on the configuration of the holder used. The number of lines will be determined by the number of rows in the holder.

Paper

Using FiberCell paper gives you the opportunity to grow the ideal root- plug with a large biomass. We supply a range of paper which degrades naturally over time. We have three different paper categories.

A product based on 100% cellulose fiber and with no content of plastic fibers.
