BIOBEST PHEROMONES AND TRAPS
PHEROMONES
Pheromones are signals that are exchanged between
individuals of the same species and influence their
behaviour. There are for instance sex pheromones that lure the male moths to the females from a large distance. This particular characteristic is used to trap pest insects.
Biobest has over 200 of different pheromones for the
special subspecies of insects.
Pheromone traps can be used for scouting purposes and for mass trapping to support to extinct the plague.
For indoor and outdoor crops in all the different climates.

ThriPher helps to increase the catch of thrip-fly on Bug-

BIOBEST VARIOUS OTHER PRODUCTS
BIOSWEET
Biosweet contains a solution of several sugars. The product
lures insects – particularly thrips – from their sheltered
places in the crop. Adding Biosweet to pesticides, insects
will be more exposed to the chemical spray, resulting in
significantly better control.
FLASH KITS
Flash Kits are simple tools to do on farm test on harmful
pathogens in crops like tomato, cucumber, orchids etc. The
kit is pathogen specific and will within a few minutes
indicate whether a certain virus is present in the crop.
