This unique invention is based on the Dutch auction bucket but does much more than that. Ideal for storage as the collar (frame) can be used to stag other layers of buckets on top without damaging the flowers.

Since the collar is also a base for the bucket it is called a frame.

Based on the well-known and accepted flower line technology, Bercomex offers a professional, high capacity defoliator line. This line will not cause damage like a normal stand-alone defoliator can do when being used incorrectly.
Two to three persons put the flowers on the belt. Depending on the variety, the roses have to be singled or spread into smaller bunches on the belt of the machine. Leaves and thorns are demoved without damaging the top leaves. | Professional Grower |

| FLOWER PROCESSING LINES
The Bercomex flower processing lines (also called bunching line) are used in over 90% of all European bouquet makers. Bunches are configured on the line or hand made on the workstations (the tables in the drawing) and placed on a conveyor belt. This belt takes the bunches through a processing unit, which may contain a saw, defoliator(s) and binder(s). After that a sleeving section may be included, optionally with flower food sachet binders and tapers.
These lines can be used for roses, mixed bouquets and all sorts of flowers (carnations, lilies). Different lengths can bouquets can be made at the same time. | Mono bunches and mixed bunches |

Automatic grader on stem length
A simple, low cost length grader. Capacity 6,000 stems per hour . Number of grades: 6, length between 30 and 120 cm’s.
Each grading position is equipped with an ejector, which pushes the rose into a standing collecting tray.

Full-automatic rose grading machine that grades and bunches roses with a 3-camera vision system on stem length, stem thickness and bud size/ripeness.
